BEACHFRONT RV PARK - BROOKINGS, OREGON

I'm standing on a slab of volcanic rock at the beach in front of the RV park. Around the bend, there are quite a few sea stacks (rocks).

The Pacific rolls onto the shore leaving smooth black stones instead of shells and the sand is a charcoal color. To the right is the jetty and a light fog bank moving into shore.

The Coast Guard station which is adjacent to the RV park. Our first night was quite foggy, and during the night, we could hear the fog horn's warning to boaters.

The same jetty now with a heavy fog bank moving towards shore.

In the foreground of this picture, is the marina, just behind that is Beachfront RV Park, and then the Pacific Ocean--a very lovely spot!
