EVENING DINNER IN MERIDA

This evening, after a full day of explorations with the Lanes, we were treated by Adventure Caravans to an evening dinner out in Merida at one of their better restaurants.
Teri was wearing a great dress, and the restaurant was featuring an interesting buffet of contemporary as well as traditional Maya dishes.
Here is our table for the evening. Jim (Mister Green), from North Carolina, is on the left, then my seat next to Teri. To Teri's left are Marilyn and John Long from California, and next Marilyn Buie from Ontario Canada. Front right are Ede and Bob Trockels, our Escapee friends from New Mexico, and next to them Hex Hoechstenbach - our tailgunner and Sandy, and to their right further back is Allan Buie from Ontario Canada.
We were treated to a show provided by the serving staff. It consisted of mixing coffee with either mezcal or a coffee liqueur and setting the mix aflame as it was poured from one decanter to the other.
